Cancellations must be made a minimum of 48 hours in advance to avoid a fee of $35, which will be applied to your next appointment. Same-day cancellations will incur a charge for the missed service, which must be paid before you can re-book. I appreciate the understanding that I have blocked that time for your service and that's money lost when canceling the same day. Clients who frequently cancel or reschedule may face termination of the client-stylist relationship.
